PLEASE NOTE: The effort that is put into preparing for your shoot before the photographer arrives is reflected in the photos you receive. Please plan to show up early to check over the property before the scheduled arrival of the photographer.
Up to 45 miles round-trip from the Stanwood/Camano Island I-5 Hwy Exit 212 included. Any additional mileage will incur a travel fee.
If client requires more than one visit to a property, a $75 re-visit fee will be applied to each subsequent visit.
Properties with views, acreage, out-buildings or of luxury quality which require extra time on-site will accrue an additional surcharge of $100/hour over the normal time allowed on-site for the services provided.
Daylight to twilight conversions, object removal and many special services are also available. Please consult us for a quote.
Real Estate Licensing Guidelines:
Envision Home Photos, LLC retains sole copyright ownership of all photos, and grants a non-exclusive license to the client for the intangible right to use the images provided to market and sell the property represented for a period up to one year from the shoot date or until 30 days after completion of the property sale, whichever is first. License is specific to marketing the property for sale, and does not apply to marketing the property for lease/rent. License is NOT transferrable to any other third party, such as homeowners, stagers, interior designers, building professionals/contractors or any others. Third party usage is NOT granted with this license and client agrees to not transfer these photos to any third party, except for the sole purpose of marketing the property for sale which is listed by the client. Envision Home Photos, LLC retains the right to license the photos to third parties. The work billed for in the invoice is NOT work for hire.
